Personal Information Protection Policy (Disclosure, revision, discontinuance of the utilization, erasing, and other procedures of the personal information we obtain)

Regarding to the personal information we use for our business, we keep the law and other norm, establish our independent rule and system, and operate the business complied with the Personal Information Protection Policy as follows.

  1. To act this policy, we establish the personal information protection regulation. We tell our employee (including executives and staffs, part-time job workers, temporary workers, and others) and other concerned person the importance of this policy. Also we improve and maintain the policy continuously.
  2. We take the appropriate information security measure to avoid lost, destruction, manipulation, leakage and others of the personal information.
  3. We off course obtain the personal information in the legal and right way. We also ask the person himself or herself for the agreement to the purpose of the personal information utilization, or we inform the necessary matters on our web site or by other means about the utilization.
  4. When we obtain the personal information indirectly, we confirm whether the information is obtained properly from the person himself or herself, and we take the contractual allowance treatment care. Also, we tell the necessary matters of our purpose of the personal information usage on our web site or other means.
  5. We confirm the person himself or herself that we have the right to disclose, manipulate, stop usage, and erase of the personal information which we obtained. We have no objection for these requirement from the person himself or herself except the law requirement.
  6. Before we share or submit the personal information to the third person to operate the business, we investigate, conclude the contract, and take other necessary legal action with the third person.
  7. For definite obtainment and handling of the personal information, the policy of the personal information usage principle and prohibited matters are determined as follows.

 

■Principle of Personal information usage

  • Usage of personal information is limited to the person qualified for the definite operation within the range of obtainment.

 

■Prohibited matters

  • Offering the personal information to the third person.
  • Using the personal information for other purpose, taking out to the outside of the normal operation place, and leaking to the outside.
  • Employees are prohibited to notice or use the personal information they knew through their operation to the third person. This is valid even after retirement from that operation.
  • Do not obtain, use, or give the personal information including the following matters.
  • (1)Thought, belief, religion.
  • (2)Race, nation, family status, legal domicile (except the prefecture you live), birth place, physical disability, mental disability, criminal record, others which will be the cause of social discrimination.
  • (3)Worker’s right of organization, collective bargaining, and other teamwork.
  • (4)Participation to the demonstration, exercise of petition right, and other political right exercise.
  • (5)Socialized medicine and sexual life.
